Return Policy

Items purchased from Shaka Web Corp may be returned for a refund within 14 days of being received. All items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds are issued after we've received the item and have thoroughly inspected them, which may take up to 7 business days from the date we've received it.
Partial Returns
For partial returns, shipping fees will not be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund. Once the refund is issued, you may place a new order for the item you want. Please note that we cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been processed or are in transit.
Wrong Items Received
If you received the wrong product, please contact us for approval. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (for domestic orders only). Once the incorrect item is returned, we will ship out the correct product.
Defective Items
If you received a defective item, please contact us with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene reasons, underwear and socks are NON-REFUNDABLE.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
